STUDIOS 99

Then when you consider that Columbia University, Riverside Park, and Central Park are all within easy reach, too, this stands out as an area that would be ideal for anyone who has moved to the city for more educational reasons. This superb Upper West Side extended stay studio includes everything that a student or intern could want: free Wi-Fi, flat panel TV's. STUDIOS 99 is our newest and biggest extended stay property with the mix of shared & private facilities studios. These rooms can be enjoyed by students, business people, and budget travelers alike. Studios are fully furnished with flat panel TV. As with other properties, weekly maid service is mandatory for a small fee. There are full kitchens located on each floor. Subway station is located 2 blocks away.

Central Park Appartments

The Central Park Appartments is located close to the famous Central Park, the destination by itself when in New York City. You will be staying on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, and that really opens up the city to you, no matter whether you’re there to work, attend school, or take in the world famous sites, they will all be within easy reach for you. Recently totally renovated, Central Pak Inn offers variety of great studios for rent. Furnished studios are with private baths some offer kitchenettes, some are with full kitchens. Subway stop on the corner makes the transportation quick and easy. As with Union Square Appartments most amenities are complimentary. Weekly maid service is mandatory for the small fee.

Union Square Appartments

The Union Square studio is a fantastic place to stay if location is on the top of your list when in New York. You’ll have easy access to fashionable shops, and restaurants that are unique in a city that prides itself on diversity. Convenience is the watchword here, with East Village, NYU, Pace University, New School, and New York Film Academy being within easy reach. Each studio is fully furnished with, flat panel TV, private bathroom and a kitchenette. Amenities (even cable TV and Wi-Fi Internet) are complimentary. Mandatory weekly maid service which includes cleaning, changing of linens and towels for the nominal fee. Union Square Subway hub lets you get anywhere within minutes.
